I have over 25 years of real world IT experience in both technical and
managerial positions delivering successful, process driven systems to meet
SLA targets. I have overseen a major refresh of the infrastructure estate
successfully upgrading WAN, LAN and Core network as well as Active
Directory upgrade, restructure and security review. I have a total of 37
recognised qualifications with 22 professional IT certificates and Prince 2.
ICT Operations Manager delivering ICT services to 3,000 users across the
UK at 200 locations. I manage 5 teams Service Desk, Infrastructure,
Systems/Development, Service Delivery and regional engineers with 5 team
leaders and 42 ICT personnel.
I have introduced solid and automated procedures for starters, leavers and
'adds, moves and changes' driving down asset consumption and
streamlining licence reconciliation. The benefits include increased security,
